Power Steering Problem

I generally commute to and from work on my motorcycle and use my car for other things. I drove it on saturday and everything was perfectly fine. I parked it and it sat for a couple of days until I drove it today to go run some errands after work. I got in the car, started it up, and everything was normal then once I put the car in first gear and went to turn the wheel to pull out the steering was very stiff. My first reaction was to check the tire pressure and it was fine so then my next guess was power steering. I popped the hood and checked the fluid and it was fine. I didn't see a leak anywhere so I can only assume it is the pump. I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this? I searched through the forums and couldn't find anyone who had listed much detail on any problems related to power steering or were experiences slightly different issues. I parked it for the night but plan to drive it to work tomorrow and if it is still having the same issue, taking it into the dealership to get it looked at.

Dropped it off today and have a loaner at the moment. Nice actually, 2009 G37 Sedan with only 3k miles on it.

An additional note about my car, I only have 11k miles on it right now and it appears as though the power steering pump has gone out. They said they would call me today to let me know what the issue is.

Got my baby back, nothing big really. Apparently a rodent of some sort had chewed through the power steering rack pressure solenoid. Damn things. They said they see it more often than you might think. Anyway, she's all good now.
