trunk wont open!?
hey guys, just came back with my baby (car) and well the trunk wont open.
it does not even make a noise like its trying to open either from the fob or cabin switch.
what the heck happened? the trunk was open yesterday! its got my intake and some things in there =(

How ironic, a member posted two days back his hood won't open. Turns out it was the linkage to the latch was broken when he modded his headlights

Go through the back seat and try the release latch inside the trunk.

yea i just looked in the manual and theres a 'trunk canceller switch' in the glove box. im watchin the baby right now but ill check that in a second, im guessin its switched.

There is also an "emergency" red loop in the car, that if you pull it, it will flop the seats down. Its in the center of the back seat, between the bottom and the back- dead center of the car. If you reach in between the top and bottom of the seat and feel around, you will get it. (Not too many people know about this feature).

Good ol' crowbar will do the trick too.
I never flip that switch on though. Whenever I valet (not very often after a bad experience I had), I give them the entire key fob since they usually complain that there's no ring they can hang it on if I take just they key like you're supposed to do.
