Exclamation Wierd problem, Odometer not counting

So, some people might not actually mind having this problem, and believe me, since im leased i sorta dont mind either. But whats going on here.

Since last weekend, my odometer isnt counting my mileage.

It first started when i filled my tank for a 100 mile drive i went on, i reset the tripometer, and went on my way, about 50 miles in roughly i look down and still see my odo at the same as it was (9983) and my trip was 0.0

So now i start watching it and about 20 miles later(70 into trip) it starts counting out of nowhere. Now im watching it count and watching the mile markers and its not counting fast enough. I went roughly 30-35 miles and it only counted 17.7.

I then let the car sit for 2 days since i didnt need it where i was. On my way back home, im watching it as i leave and its counting normal, perfect distance and everything with the mile markers. After awhile i just stopped watching it. Right before i got home i filled up again, reset trip and noticed when i got home (10 miles from the gas station) it only says 4.5 on the trip.

So somethings way outta wack.

I let the car sit another 2 days, then start driving it and everthing seems fine all week. Even up to last night when i went on another ~150 round trip cruise.

Now today i was at the G35NYC bbq and on the way home i glanced down and its not counting again....

Has anyone ever heard of this happening or had this happen. Ive never heard of it before.

ALSO, all my guages are working perfectly fine, speedo, tach, gas, temp, navi is fine, distance to empty seems to be working, mpg all that. Its all fine. Just the odo and trip stop counting.

HELP

Yup!

Everything ive done is reversable. Except the headlights tails and grille which im sure ill have no probs trading in a heartbeat. I still have pretty much all my stock parts to put back on at the end of the lease.

This is my 2nd G im doing this with.

HELP
HOW DO I RESET THE TRIPOMETER IN MY NEW 2011 G37 JOURNEY? I went to my Manual and looked at the directions on 2-24 which say to go to the Elapsed Time and Trip Odometer. It states that you press "B" or solid dot button and hold it for more than 1 second and it resets the Elapsed Time and Trip Odometer. It resets the Elapsed Time, but it doesn't reset the Trip Odometer (A)? How do you do it??
Thanks
