Whats the best jack for a 37?

You can never state the obvious too many times when it comes to safety.

Jack it up, then the stands go under. The jack is then removed.

Also when doing a lot of work and the tires are off, slide them under the car (if they fit) so that they can help you avoid being crushed if the car fell off the stands.

So no one ever really answered one of the OP's questions.....where exactly should we put the jack stands on our G coupe? I have a set of Craftsman jack stands but if I put them on the little pinch weld area where the manual says we should jack up the car, wouldn't the jack stand crush that piece of metal?

Does anyone have any pictures of EXACTLY where to put the jack stands. I've already watched the DIY videos on G35Driver, and I'm still not so sure.....Help?
