well long story short i went to wal mart they didn't have the right size, so i wasted 15 minutes driving there, then i just said fvck it, if i run into another wal mart without them then i'd just be wasting time. i didn't think paying the dealership 2 dollars more than what the batteries cost would hurt my wallet that bad

edit: i was also at the dealership to reset my tpms and diagnose my tranmission problem, so yeah

No. It does not charge your key fob. the dealer should have told you this.

If we asked 100 G owners I gaurantee 60 would say they think the slot is to charge the key. Who the hell started this urban legend?
