Steering Problem

well, i went to the Glendale Infiniti and the guy said he would provide me with a shuttle to work and back.....i was like sorry dude ill take my bmw .. but no guys they didnt even offer a damn loaner...whatever he said just a half an hour ago it was the steering pump and it went out...somehow...he didnt even give me a good reason but my car should be back in my hands tomarrow before lunch.

oh yes he gave some bs about it not being to big of a probelm and i responded by saying i pay $____ a month for this car and if you take my car over night yes i think it is a big deal.. just stfu and fix it..thank you

Bro, you should have got a loaner. I think they pulled a fast one or whomever you spoke with pulled a fast one on you. I'd speak with his/her manager. Infiniti CS doesn't roll that way. You bought an Infiniti, not a FORD.

Yea, talk to the manager, over night issue definitely deserves a loaner, especially if you made an appointment. I don't know what the rule is, but I don't think it's something you get only if you have to ask for it.

yeah...he did kind of in-convience me a little but they have some stupid azz shuttle crap which takes you around..like wtf...i have a 40plusk car how do you do that to me...

FORD has a shuttle........ see my point? I'd speak with a manager ASAP! U should at least get a tank of gas for ur trouble.
