lol no clue on your question but about the loudness. Two days ago my mom and i go into the dealership, he pulls the car into there garage so we can take it for a test drive (mind you the garage is closed) he was waiting for me to fire the engine to open the garage door... so i did. My mom goes "OMG ITS SO LOUD, YOU CAN'T EVEN HERE YOURSELF THINK!!!" i was laughing so hard and new at that pt this was the car!!! (actually like two minutes after when i floored the car that only had 8 miles on it... poor thing) haha anyway congrats Vinny im on your same boat my baby is coming on tuesday!!!

Anytime. Practice makes perfect. Pretty soon you won't even have to think about it while driving, you'll just shift / drive without any problems.

Been driving MT cars for a little over 20 years now. The best way I have figured out to teach others how to drive is not so much with throttle control, but by starting off with clutch control. I'll take people out and tell them to slowly let the clutch out WITHOUT using the throttle. Once they get the hang of launching without the throttle at idle rpms, then I get them to start adding a little gas. My theory is, every car has a gas pedal, but not every car has a clutch, and every cars clutch is just a little bit different.

For what it's worth, I've had manual transmissions in my last five cars and I've stalled my G. Every car is unique with clutch pedal force and it takes time to adjust. As said above, practice makes perfect. No worries. People will honk at you while you're learning, and that's fine. Don't let it bother you at all.
