G37 Z1 Master Hose Set - Coolant Leak

2010 Infiniti G37XS Sedan. Bought the Z1 silicone master hose set along with a coolant bleeder port. Plan was to change all hoses flush & refill coolant adding the coolant bleeder port. For some reason my mechanic changed everything except the heater hose and the bleeder port... Now i've been noticing my car is leaking coolant from the reservoir looks like its coming from the upper rad hose installed. Anyone have a solution to this? Go back OEM or fix all the clamps?

What type clamps were used?

I have the z1 master hose set also and no issues. been running it for a year now.

I'm using constant tension clamps like the ones that came oem. I did have to order new larger sizes for many of the hoses.

There's always ongoing discussion here about the heater hose connector, which is a project I finally took on a couple months ago. One of my take-a-ways from that topic is that you should be using the OEM spring clamps for rubber hoses that expand and contract because of hot coolant fluid. Constant tension clamps, not worm clamps. It makes sense.

That said, I'm actually using a P2M clamp on my upper radiator hose into the radiator, because it looks cool.

I mean, better than a worm clamp, but not constant tension. However, it's been been there for 7 years and no leaks, so...
