2009 G37 sedan headlight assembly interchangeable for 2012 G37?
Just wondering if you could interchange the headlight assembly to a 2012 G 37X all-wheel-drive sedan from a 2009 g37 sedan??

Well, it appears to be a different part number and the illustration looks like it's a slightly different shape. So I'm gonna guess the answer is no.

You can, but you also need a 2010+ front bumper. And if you're going that route, then it's a no-brainer to get the Sport Sedan front bumper.

It's a big project, but lots of people have done it.
