Is my ECU fried or something else?

I recently just replaced my spark plugs for the NGK GTR sparks and some z1 high ignition coils. After this job I took it on a test run and everything seemed fine I had more throttle response — however towards the end of the drive I experienced some weird shifting then when sitting at idle for one minute (I ran inside my house to grab something and came back), my engine “spuddered” off (according to my homie who was outside) and my fans were still running.
- turns out we had two different ground wires loose.
- we checked all the fuses (visually) and they seemed fine
- no leakage or any sort of other harnesses being lose
- When trying to start my car it goes no further than turning on all the electronics but there’s no crank, no tick when trying to start the engine.
- tried reading a code with a scanner but while the scanner turned on, it couldn’t read the car.
Im pretty sure the loose ground wires fried the ECU, every time I turn on the car everything but the engine turns on, even the fans start running but no crank.

ALL the fuses?
even the ones in the IPDM?
No power at the obd port points to a blown fuse.
hopefully it did its job and protected your ECM

yep, all of em. Used a fuse tester to check every single fuse and they’re all fine. OBD2 turns the scanner on but no reading.
