License Plate Bracket Screw - What type of bit?

Hi, I have a 2011 G25X and can’t get one of the screws off the rear license plate and can only get one screw off. One of the screws just keeps spinning. I am now thinking of getting the bracket off and trying to get the plate off (or replacing the bracket if need be). I can’t figure out what screwdriver bit is needed (see pic of bracket below). Has anyone done this before?

I wanted to be careful because I saw a YouTube video of someone using the wrong screwdriver and breaking the small bumper plastic behind it.

That's a rivet not a screw. you have to drill it out.
