12' G37 navigation off & AC on full blast. Please help
I have a 2012 g37 journey. One day I get a weird electrical code pop up so I bought it into a mechanic to clear the code. As im driving away from the shop I noticed my AC was on full blast and my center console screen wasnt turning on (no reverse camera).
I assumed he must have accidentally popped a fuse so I checked everything but couldnt find any blown fuses. I then searched online here and read the radio unit often fails which causes these problems. I ordered one from eBay and just replaced it today but the problem is still persisting.
So either the eBay seller sold me a radio unit with the exact same problem as mine or there is a different problem. My guess would be a different problem but I don't know where to look next. Can anyone offer me some advice on where to look next?
EDIT: problem solved. it was a fuse near the driver side foot area labled "AUDIO/MIRROR"

Define "weird electrical code." And it "popped up" where? What was the code?
Is the screen completely "dead?"
Do any of the buttons on the preset or multi-function switch panels (the clock and the dial ones) do anything?

....and?
With respect, you provide no useful details. There is no magic answer to this issue and randomly throwing parts at it is not going to fix it anytime soon.
If you can not control the HVAC at all, then the issue can be the AC amplifier, the preset switch panel (the clock one), wiring, power/ground, network, etc.
Why didn't you immediately return to the mechanic and have them look at it?
