Thought I would share a company I discovered a while ago and been using their filters for some time.
Nitto Kogyo makes oil filters, engine filters and other products.
For the VQ37VHR they make engine filter: 4NC-1037W (16546-JK20A OEM)
For oil filters they make the standard short length one: 4ND110 and then the elongated 85mm long filter: 4ND111
The oil filters seem to be well made. As for the engine filter, they are lightly oiled from the factory like the OEM filter and these feature a reinforced metal frame. They feature a nice rubber gasket to seal in the OEM airbox well and fit in without issue. Have not seen an aftermarket non reusable engine filter for the VQ that is lightly oiled like the OEM one. Can get these items from Amayama as they are not available in the US.
