VVEL Bank #2; Wrong Voltage

VVEL Bank #2; Wrong Voltage
Hello, I’ve been dealing with this issue for a while now, I have a stock 2009 manual g37 sedan and my Bank 2 VVEL position sensor is reading 4.91 when it should be reading at .50
like bank 1.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how I could fix it to read back to .50?

Is it throwing a code for it or limiting your performance in any way?
Usually, unless it's been physically dissasembled and needs to be adjusted, VVEL numbers not matching points to something else.
If you pay attention the throttle voltages on B2 are also different. Why does this matter?
B2 having a different voltage than B1 will affect how the vvel unit adjusts the VVEL motors.
You should try seeing the angles with the key on engine off and see if the number improves.
Outside of that it's quite possible that it being an 09, gallery has started to show it's age.
You'd have to move B2 position sensor in increments until it sees a closer voltage, just know that if this reading was not caused by any part of the vvel system then you'll have to fix that issue and re position the vvel sensor afterwards. B2 is extremely fun to get to.

Yes it is affecting performance; it is staying in limp mode, and showing code p1092& p0300, doesn’t rev past 1k rpm
I also took off my valve covers and readjusted the VVEL actuator mechanically.
The voltage numbers don’t move at all when I adjust bank 2 with key on or off
regarding the gallery; The engine in my car is a 2013 Motor with 90k miles and I swapped the wiring harness for a 2013 aswell
i also forgot to mention my brake and battery light is on. Battery is showing at 11.38Volts on multimeter

My car is a 2009 but my motor and wiring harness is 2013
I was looking into it as well and I researched the part # for the wiring harness I currently have (24011-1NM3C) and it stated it didn’t fit with my car but why would it just affect that one sensor?
