Parts are finally coming starting to come in. I got a new z1 hose set because the old ones were starting to get crispy. The CSF radiator should be here next monday. Shipping on the transmission and new mount bracket will take 1-2 weeks so I’ll be pulling the old trans, and replacing some bushings in that time.

I made a post about urethane vs solid bushings and got no responses. Specifically for the rear knuckles I’ve narrowed it down to superpro urethane and spl solid as 2 options. Opinions?

Today marks the 100th day anniversary of my transmission going out.

The new transmission was delivered today. It’s from a 2018 q50 with 57k miles on it, and looks very clean. The old fluid that was still trapped in the torque converter looks pretty much new, so I’m happy I have not found hints of neglect regarding that.

I think Im going to start a new thread detailing the install.
