Electrical Plugs behind Bumper

Hi all,
My son just purchased a used 2011 G37 sedan. it had a crack in the bumper so we took it off to plastic weld it and saw two electrical plugs sitting in front of the radiator. Does anyone know what they are used for? One was mounted to the car on what looks like a dedicated bracket and the other is taped to that one.

Just a guess, but maybe those are harness connectors for ACC, that you don't have?

The lower one is the ambient air temp sensor.
The higher plug is for the "exhaust gas / outside odor detecting sensor" that is used on the Advanced Climate Control System which is part of the Technology package.
