HELP! p1092 p0300

Hello, I currently am getting p1092 and p0300. I have had this issue for a long while now and my car has just been sitting. It started when I swapped this 2013 motor in.

I have already done the Crank Shaft Position Sensor Relearn via FSM and made sure there is a 5.5 degree inclination on the motor itself.I have replaced my wiring harness with a 2013, Idle Relearn procedure.

I think the issue may be because I have a tuned ECU and it may be affecting the engine? Im thinking of getting a stock ECU and replacing my tuned one with it. Maybe a bad tank of gas?

I don’t wanna have to give up on this car, does anyone have any idea on whats happening and how I can fix it?
