Bluetooth in a 2010 non nav g37
Can you take whatever allows Bluetooth streaming in the navigation model Gs and stick it in the non nav if not what are the best alternatives that are basically the same as factory Bluetooth in nav models.

It was downright mean of Infiniti to cripple the Bluetooth for us non-nav folks.
I do not know if the stock systems can be modified as you're asking but you might want to scroll down to the Audio, Video & Electronics sub-forum, take a look through some of those threads, and then post your question there.

TLDR: I looked into this for a fellow forum member about 8 years ago back when I did the NAV swap. The head units between NAV/non use different hardware and software and is not interchangeable between the two. Inside the headunit, the Bluetooth module plugs into one of the motherboards on the NAV model. This port does not even exist on the non-NAV motherboard.
If you want Bluetooth, there are any number of methods available which offer mixed results. If you want factory Bluetooth, the only way to get that is to swap to a factory NAV system. Doable, but not a cake walk and not worth it, IMO.
As others alluded, search the forum and see if any of those work might work for you.
