Hi,

just bought a 2011 G37x. It needs winters an I see an ad for some nice infinity rims with 245/55 R18 winter tires on them. Will these work on my car?

Have a appointment to drive an hour out of town to see them - but if they won’t work I wouldn’t go.

Would 245/45 R19 work? The rims are from a 2017 QX50 and the offset looks close enough on the specs on wheel-size.com. They are for winter use.
