Having Some Issues Hopefully Somebody can point me in the right direction.

Recently (Few Days Ago) We have some HEAVY Rains. (Construction Area too) Lowered Car.

As I was Driving Home From the Harley Dealership its was Raining. (2 Lane Construction Area)

was behind a Big Suv in the opposite lane, The Driver did Not slow down and Literally Drentched My Whole Car Lost all Visuals for about 15 seconds) most of the water Splashed the pass front Wheel (the area where i have a Audio Cable Goin) (subwoofers)

shortly after this Giant Tsunami of water the Following happend down the road.
  1. Lost Power to All Interior
  2. Lights,Dash,
  3. Audio,
  4. Headlights,
  5. Brake Lights.
  6. Dome Lights,
  7. Windows do not Roll up or Down,
  8. But I can UNLOCK, but not LOCK the doors
  9. car would not start right away
  10. Next Day
  11. Got in the Car and Proceeded to start the car fired right up all the lights that **** that went out are now back (98%)
What is Still NOT Working

DomeLights (above head)
Windows Will not Roll up or Down With the Switches But I Manage to roll the windows down with the FOB <Now I cannot get the windows back up_ (tried the key in the door too) Nothing
The LOCK does Not function The Unlock Function Works.

I checked around the Bcm I didnt see any major Water or wetness but I could be missing it.

What else could I check?

Any Input or direction before I go to the dreaded Dealer for this.

Pull up the passenger carpet. If there is any water you will see it. If you have additional wiring going through the firewall, you potentially have a water leak,

Your remaining symptoms still point to the BCM. I would disconnect the battery and then remove each connector from the BCM. Make sure there is no corrosion or water and, after making sure everything is clean and tight, plug everything back in and go from there.
