My 2009 G37x burps and bumps when idling

I recently replaced both of my valve cover gaskets in my 2009 g37, and to get a bit more room to access one of the bolts I removed the bolts holding the fuel rail in place. I didnt release the pressure first, instead just letting the gas spurt into a rag. After reassembling everything, it was time to turn my car on and while it started right up with no issues it started to bump and "burp" like there was air trapped in the fuel system. This morning i noticed some of the clamps were not securing the hoses down on the engine (i must have forgotten to reclamp them) but after clamping them on it still burped and im not sure if i did something wrong or if its going to take a while for the air that was trapped inside to escape somehow. Maybe it was the hoses not being clamped but they are now.

edit: another thing to note is immediately when i started it, coolant leaked out of one of the hoses because once again it was not fully clamped but as soon as i did, it stopped leaking immediately.
