Do you have any wheel specifications? Generally that tire size should work, though the width can determine if your tires are not tall enough to keep your speedometer in check. For reference, I have a set of 245/45/18 on VMR wheels on sale that are 18x8 with an offset of 35 that fit beautifully and previously, I had G35 Sport Wheels that were 18x7.5 on 225/50/18 tires.
