Cat delete advice on g37 sedan
I currently have dual cherry bomb mufflers. It sounds good, but a little too quiet. I dont want to remove the resonators because it will be too raspy. Would a cat delete with resonators on sound good?
?

To your question yes and no.
If you are running the stock exhaust pipes it will basically sound like crap and no point to doing it. The sound you will hear would be similar to the "Muffler Delete" that everyone is doing which is pretty much a joke. Now if you put on an aftermarket catback with Resonated test pipes You will have the sound I think you are looking for. Granted you may need to buy bunghole extenders to not throw a code. And depending on what state you live in this may be a huge issue.
I say keep the Cherry Bomb mufflers or go back to stock. I honestly did not even remember cherry bombs until now. Reminds me of 1995 all over again!
