Drivers side hump in floorboard

Hey Guys,

can’t seem to find an answer to this question anywhere. I have a 2013 G37x. Noticing there is a decent hump in the middle of the floorboard on the drivers side. I’ve owned the car for years. Not sure if it’s always been there and I never noticed it....I also notice that the frame runs right under that spot so doesn’t look like there is any way for someone to have jacked it up in that spot. Everything looks good from the underside. There is no hump in that area on the passenger side. Hoping someone can put my OCD to rest .. thanks in advance

Nobody else ? 97 views and only one person confirming the hump in the drivers side floor. I’m guessing others aren’t seeing this

The drivers side floorboard in my 2008 is flat as a pancake so obviously some differences between the years

thanks for the reply. Yeah quite a few years apart. May have been some changes.

It's common for inexperienced folks to sling a jack under the car without checking and 2 seconds of "hmm jack is going up but vehicle is not, i wonder why...... oh sheet... I hope the owner doesnt notice" and there you have your hump.

that was my first thought too. But the frame is directly under that spot which is where a Jack would want to make contact. Then the exhaust butts right up to the frame there. I don’t see a way to make that mistake in that area.
