2010 g37x needs new exhaust

Hello all.
. My 2010 G37x was originally an upstate car and as such the stock exhaust systems looks like swiss cheese. What is the best fix?
Stock exhaust?
Aftermarket/performance?
Custom from an exhaust shop,?
Patch the holes?
I want to keep the car for a while longer as it runs well, but not sure the most practical choice. The work will be done at a local shop.

Thanks everyone, hope it hasn't been asked a million times. I couldn't find it in the search.

If the cats are intact, there are a number of stainless steel cat back exhausts in the $1500 range. They are simple bolt on mods that practically anybody who can swing a wrench could do themselves (provided they have the tools and ramps or jacks and jack stands). If you can't do the work for whatever reason, it shouldn't require much labor to have someone else install.
I just bought a Fast Intentions kit for my 2013 37X, with the upgrade to 2.5" tubing (installing a Stillen supercharger kit, too) and resonators to keep the sound to a reasonable level.

This was the one I was considering. Only problem is the lead time, my car sounds like a heap right now. Muffler shop wants more to patch it up, and I'm pretty sure the cats are fine.
Thanks
