NEED HELP Traction control light on, car doesn't beep, blinkers don't blink

Multiple things not working in my g37.
I used my digital voltmeter in the fusebox inside the car trying to find a power wire.. (bad idea I already know) and I heard a pop now a few things don't work.

#1 my traction light is on
#2 the dash in the center that displays yours mileage n such doesn't turn on
#3 blinkers work but they don't click or blink inside the car
#4 the car doesn't beep when I open the doors

I looked at the fuses inside and couldn't find which one was blown im not sure what i blew and I need help...

Well, it would sure make sense that you've simply blown a fuse. You didn't mention what year or model G you've got so I can't suggest any specific fuse. But just go through them and look for any burnt ones and you should be able to revive things. I believe the dash display and turn indicator "buzzer" fuse should be there in the in-cabin fusebox and not in the IPDM. (There should also be a fuse puller in that fusebox to help save your fingernails...)

Sorry about that this was my first post. I was just driving myself crazy over something small that I screwed up.
I Really appreciate you trying to help me out though.
Its a 2012 g37x
I blew a fuse just didn't visually see the blown fuse. I went through the fuses with my voltmeter and found that buzzer fuse you mentioned to be blown and replaced it. She's all good now..
thankyou again!
