100k mi tune up
My 2013x is going to break 100k this summer and I want to hit the recommended maintenance. Dealership seems to have quite a markup on spark plugs so I was wondering if anyone has part numbers for an OE equivalent. Also wondering if it's recommended to replace the coil packs as well when doing the plugs and if there were recommendations for those as well.

Denso iridiums aren't going to be cheap no matter where you buy them. Expect to spend no less than $17 or $18 each.
The part number is FXE24HR11
I actually just looked and you can get them for around 15 each on Amazon, if they are indeed true Densos that is.

Dealership actually wants more like 24/ea
Also wondering if it recommended to change the coil packs or just the boots

I've not experienced issues with counterfeit Densos but have seen where people have left reviews when buying Densos on eBay or Amazon and accused they were fake.

There is no need to replace the ignition coils, generally they last a very, very long time.
When you replace the plugs, check for oil on the hex part of the spark plug. If there is a lot, then you should replace the valve con=ver gaskets.
Also, when the coils are out, check them for any rips, cracks or little white lines/dots (from arcing)
By the way, the factory plugs are good until 110,000 miles regardless of how long they have been in the engine.
You might want to also replace the differential oil. The oil (any synthetic 75W90) is not expensive and it is easy to do.

I do the differentials and transfer case every 30-40k. Probably going to do transmission fluid again as well as long as I'm getting the car level on stands. Would normally be time to change the coolant as well, but it's a safe assumption that was done when they did the gallery gasket at 60k.

Might be a little early for the plugs but I'd like to see if they help with my mildly rough idle, which might also be and indication I need to clean the throttle bodies again, but if I'm taking those off I might as well do the plugs too.

You might not be so confident if you knew the history with the first owner (notice I'm the only 2013 that's needed the gallery gasket replaced). Regardless, that experience has convinced me these engines are damn near indestructible.

Just did my spark plugs replacement and throttle body cleaning
wow, what a huge improvement. Less engine noise. Much smoother and acceleration also seems to have improved.
picked up 6 of the Denso's at Amazon for 14.58 a piece. Shipped free with Prime
bought a 18 inch 3/8 drive extension and a magnet
only needed the 10 inch socket for the coil bolts and the 14 inch socket for the spark plugs
did not have to remove the coil connector
All the videos on YT were super helpful.
