Coolant leak near passenger front tire

Noticed fresh puddle of coolant under the car last few weeks. Had it diagnosed as damaged heater hose and coupler. Replaced those and the leak is still there in morning. Mechanic says it could be residual coolant from the repair. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Lower engine cover will need to be removed and car examined. Lots of places it could be leaking from. Could be as simple as poorly tightened clamp.
