This is my first post on here so sorry if it's formatted wrong, but I was wondering if it would be possible to put a replace my 2011 g37x speedometer with one from a Q60? I know it would most likely cost a pretty penny or a lot of time, more importantly though is it even plausible?

This has already been asked and answered. If you are asking about the newer (C/V37) clusters, then NO. They will not work. Electronics are completely different and there would be fitment issues as aell.
