2009 g37 sedan headlights upgrade, will 2010 fit?

I am wanting to ungrade the headlights on my G37x sedan, but I can only find these headlights I like for the 2010 sedan or 09 coupes. Will the headlight for the 2010 fit 2009???

No. From everything I’ve seen on a previous forum they will not fit neither a coupe nor 2010 will fit the 09 and older sedans.

2010 was the MMC for the G37, so as @boyyoinggg stated, they won't fit unfortunately, unless you were to do the whole front-end conversion.

By "whole front end conversion", I'm sure you simply meant "front bumper cover". That's literally all you need for the conversion from 09' front end to 10' front end.
