Holy sh*t! I would say that has turned into a bit larger project. Are you going to keep it the same color?

Last night installed:
- OEM rear spoiler
- Diode Dynamics turn signal module
- Reverse light LEDs

Love the way the rear spoiler completes the look!

I assume you are getting materials at cost if you are only spending $400?

He's gotta be.... I just spent about $110 just on the PPG paint for my front bumper and lip. Not even including primer or clear.

Yeah, paint ain't cheap. I'll have $1000 in my materials when I do the 3000. And I already have the jambs and underhood stuff done already. And that is with Nason which is the "low end" line of Dupont. If I was using Dupont I would probably have closer to $1500-$2000 just in materials.

EDIT: My prices include primer, clear, activators, etc.

If y'all need to take your car to the shop now is the time to do it. They are so dead that they are desperate for work.

Yes and No.

Maybe at the beginning of the pandemic however most business are struggling and most will gouge at whatever falls their way. Beware and make sure you compare prices.

Taking opportunity advantage of a shop offering deep discounts because they're hurting... nah. I'd much rather pay a fair price for fair work.

As a canadian I supported American business this month, Z1 of course. We could all use the excuse of keeping z1 in business to justify that next mod we want . If your wife asks why a box of fancy parts arrives at your door in a time of uncertainty, you can reply that you only did it to support a business that may need some help to survive! Lol

If they were scum before all this they are going to be scum during and after this. Of course if you must take your car in, take it to a good shop, if they exist. Or one that's the least scummiest.
