Is it me or does that brake lever seem high? If so, it's easy to adjust by removing the felted piece in the cup holder and rotating the nut underneath (10mm or 12mm, can't remember). At 80K might be time for brake shoes too.

yeah lever is definitely high it doesn’t grab until the verry top. I’ll try the nut under the lever for now to just get by, when i have a opportunity in the spring i’ll replace the shoes and adjust the piece in the rear drum.
Took me about a month to find one, and then had to wait another month to get it. Luckily mine was only one state over, but just about everything else was 6-8 hrs away. The guy who I bought it from actually had it posted for sale in NY as he was there for a few months(I'm in NC), but lives in SC. 2010 with 83k, Stillen exhaust/intakes, and Eibach sway bars already on it.
Special order here 7 years ago. I think at the time KY or TN was the closest, and in black which I didn't want. Special order took ~3 months.
Finding a used one in good shape/low miles is challenging. It's the proverbial unicorn/needle in a haystack - esp the sedan. Unlikely you'll find one close so expect to travel to pick it up. My buyer came from a few states away. I vaguely recall him telling me it took a few months to locate.
Yep it took me about 3 months and several potential purchases that fell through. The 6mt sport sedans go quick, if you find one then you need to be ready to buy it within a week or two or else someone will buy it from under you.. I'm still very thankful for Jsolo for selling me his car and I'm enjoying it every day I look at the G It was well worth the wait, frustrations, and effort.
Hold on to them if you think you'll have any regrets selling. I remember when I was in the MK3 Supra scene in the 2002-2005 era I saw them all the time in summer. Now days I see an MK3 once or twice every year. These cars will slowly begin to disappear, I've seen it happen before.
Also the market will completely change over time too. Rare parts will continue to increase in value unless replicated, and even things like transmissions will potentially shoot up in value. I remember selling and buying MK3 transmissions (R154) for $250-$300. Now they go for $1200-$1400.

^^Yeah, I have regrets but I also don't regret not having to maintain to maintain two cars, registration, insurance, etc.. It's an odd situation to be in.
Hung in there, just picked this up last night 2013 G37 Sport Sedan 6MT 79k miles. Happy to have it home. Only mods H&R Springs, Muffler delete and blacked out window chrome . Sounds great and quiet below 2k rpm. Build date 2012/10 probably one of the last to probably roll of the production line. Drives great, did a super thorough inspection. Just needs a nice compounding has a lot of water marks in the paint, and probably just something I will have to accept will be there with a black car.
Congrats! My 13' has a build date of 04/13 so there were quite a few more made after yours.
When I started looking for a new one back in spring 2013, most dealers had one or two on their lots. Used/CPO ones were only going for a few thousand less than new, so decided to go for the latter.
Found a dealer that was about 2 hours away with a black 6MT sedan, negotiated a great sales price via email, but since no paperwork was signed at that point, they were able to back out of the deal (right after I sold my old car, no less). Took me a week to find another dealer with a 6MT sedan that would honor the sales price I was shooting for, great experience (Holman Infiniti in NJ).

When I picked up mine in NJ back in Jan 2012, the dealership said they try to always have one 6MT in stock. However, my local Infiniti dealership told me at the time they would only put orders in for the 6MT. So... IDK what to take away from that, except that the 6MT is rare.

Back in 2016/2017 there were 2 dealers in the US (Classic Chevrolet in Texas & Boardwalk in California) that would order as many Chevy SS sedans with the 6MT as they could. At times they would have 30+ 6MTs in stock and they would fly off the lot especially when GM offered rebates. Some dealers are afraid of picking up Manual cars for their stock, others know how to take advantage of the market.
Took me four years. I bought my 7AT in 2015 after ending my search for an ISF, and I fell in love with these cars. I almost immediately began looking for a 6MT when I found out that they made one and realized how rare they are.
Living in florida I could find none for sale by owner and I was resolving myself to the fact that I was going to have to buy from a stealership and probably in another state. Then, poof, one showed up on craigslist, one hour away from me this past September.
2012, Black on black, less than 70,000 miles, loving home. It checked all my boxes. I can honestly say it's one of my dream cars because of the effort and time and fight I had to put into getting it. I dont believe I'll ever sell it.
