hey all- so my steering wheel was peeling and found a few posts on here regarding steering wheel covers and for the price, went with the below in case anyone is interested/in need...surprisingly, it looks really good and feels a bit chunkier than stock but in a positive way. anyway, after putting it all back together(2x) and still getting this clank sound from behind airbag area and i have looked and tightened everything but i still get a sound when turning wheel, like a screw is loose etc, but nothing in there and its a noticeable sound...maybe I am missing something, so asking if anyone knows what else... Also, after the 2nd removal, one of the side security toxr screw is getting stripped..any ideas where to buy that and size/specs?

Yeah I had that problem. The thickness of the wrap makes the plastic push against the plastic cover behind the wheel when turning. Quick solution would be to remove the cover off the back of the wheel and shave it down a tiny bit to allow for the thickness of the new leather.

Hey thanks for that, didn't think about behind the wheel, as it sounds like something is loose inside, but willing to give it a try...
