Flashing CEL in ON position normal ?? pls Help .

Flashing CEL in ON position normal ?? pls Help .
Hello everyone .
today i notice that while ignition is on the ON position engine not running .. the CEL flashes about 3 times after 30 secs or so in the on position . then stays on .
but once i turn on the car i dont have any CEL at all .
would anyone do me a favor and please check on your G37 if this is normal . ill appreciate it .
i am Uprev tune . but i've actually never notice this .
