Finally hit 30k

Well, after driving my '13 G37S sedan for almost 2 years now I finally hit the 30k mark. I only do about 6k miles/year and that may actually decrease as I look into commuting to work a bit on my bike.

Definitely one of my favorite cars so far, especially after all the modifications I have done. Another good sign I might actually keep this car a while is that I recently bought a 4yr. extended warranty for it- my 1st ever. Also a good sign as all 5 of my last cars I kept less than two years.

Congrats! I am similar, it was a CPO, and it's covered bumper to bumper until 2022. I have about 33ishK on my 13 G37x.. I bought it with 19ishK in 10/16. I do about 13K-18K a year.

I have a 2011 LE that I bought brand new. Its finally hit 25K

Love the car but Im starting to see/hear some gremlins. I think its sway bar end links and/or axles but Im not sure. Other than that, trouble free.

Bought mine 6 months ago with 21k on the clock, it now has 35,xxx on it. Sucks to drive it so much, but at the very same time, its incredibly enjoyable. I drive a lot for work, so lots of opportunities to pass and push it a bit.

Arbitrary milestones, FTW.

My 2011 has 37k miles. I expect 40k sometime next Spring.

Looks like Chris11LE drives even less than all of us.

Looks like I'm part of the low mileage club as well. Like 4DRZ, I'm averaging 5k a year since ownership ('12 G37s) and I drive it as much as I can. She's currently sitting at 25,633 bought it used March 2016 with 17k.

Love the car, no issues so far just worried about an unexpected CSC failure. I had a 07 G35s previously and it failed without warning in Downtown Chicago.

Cool to hear from all of you low milers out there. I thought I was one of the only ones since I live close to work and usually take my wife's car for longer trips since it is quieter and smoother riding.

Thought I'm the only with lower miles. My baby 11' has 48K. It's 6 years - and so far besides regular maintenance, tires rotated no other issues.

love my car so bad.. even though I had another new 17' GLE350 -

Ever since I got my G in 2013 (07 model) I've only put 7k a year on it.. I just got a job 25 miles away so it's gonna be going up to probably 10-12k a year now. I just hit 99k tonight driving back from work, the same month my G turns 10! Not really low mileage but in the 4 and a half years I've had it I've only driven 25k miles.

Just re-title the thread, Official G37 Low Mileage Club
After putting 75k on ours about 3 years ago IIRC, I'm now rolling like you guys, might not break 100k until next spring.

No kidding! Funny how your thread can sometimes take a 180.

I've averaged 720km a month, or 446 miles in the 28 months I've had my G. It's a 2012 with 98k km, or 61k miles now.

OP: curious which technical issues you've anticipated in your decision to get the extended warranty?

Bought my '13 new about 4 1/2 yrs ago, I'm a tick under 25k miles now, just wondering what compels folks in similar circumstances to spring for the warranty.

Mileage is low because not long after I bought it, I moved close to a metro area and have commuted via public transit ever since.
