What vehicle will be a worthy replacement for your sedan when it is time?

Nobody in the US probably heard of this car. I would want to buy the Peugeot 407 Silhouette concept if it ever gets sold (there's 2 prototypes). Made in 2004, which means it won't be full of the stuff I dislike (absurd amounts of electronics). FWD, 312 bhp, and 270 ft lbs torque. Everything is functional on that car, including the fender slots and spoiler. The engine is a 3 liter V6 that is naturally aspirated, and it's one of the few that actually sound good. It has a sequential transmission. I would drive it EVERY SINGLE DAY. Despite misinformation from Top Gear UK, the French cars aren't unreliable like they make it for entertainment purposes. It's just when something goes wrong, you have to buy the whole component the part is from.
If you lived in Canada, you could actually import this thing now, assuming you could both find it and afford it.

I think after I get rid of this car it will be when I'm a bit older (I'm 30 now and long story short withheld due to privacy it's the first car I've actually owned despite driving many) I will get something like a fully luxury aimed Lexus. Maybe a little bit of power to it... but a big focus on comfort.

Wow! Look at that perfectly straight roof line, accented with that trim piece. That's clean, and unique.

Getting a lot of Toyaburu twins meets 124 Spider vibes.
Not 100% sold but interested to see what they come out with. Also, personal opinion, If Nissan is having the financial woes we have been reading about, they may want to trim that lineup a bit....There's twelve models in that last shot.

So glad to finally get the news from Nissan that they are moving forward with a new Z car! Finally!! I am curious to see how the styling comes together in the light and to get the technical details. The hatch back and back end really look like the old Z cars and what little I could make of the taillights seem to be similar to the '90-'96 300ZX. I am curious to see how cohesive this looks in person.

Am I seeing an OEM roof wing in that profile?

That's where the smokescreen shoots out for James Bond.
Is it just me or does the hood look really long and the back end look really short? I wonder if it will still have a near 50/50 weight distribution. I know this is a long shot, but I wonder if the long hood means they will go back to an inline 6 like Toyota did with the Supra. I think it is highly unlikely because they have a perfectly good 3.0TT motor in the Infiniti Q50/Q60 that they can use. I bet the extra length is just to make room for the intercooler. An inline 6 would be really cool though.

The new TLX was also revealed today and I actually really like it. To me it looks better than the stinger or genesis. I also always loved the way the old TL-S looked. I just hope this car has the performance to back it up.

Edit: Just watched until the end..no MT option. Bit of a bummer considering the previous gen had a 6MT.

I've already been turning into somewhat of a hermit these last few years, working at home and all, with access to two other cars. Add to that the conditions of the last 3 months with the pandemic, and I'm simply not driving my G. I've got no where to go. It's been 3 weeks since I upgraded my brakes, and I'm probably all of 20 miles into this 500 mile break-in period.
With respect to "next car", I guess what I'm saying is that now I'm wondering why I have this car at all, much less what my next car will be.
I think my life will have to significantly change before I can start caring about what car I'm driving, if at all.
