Very nice, Z! Going for an OEM look inside and out is a laudable goal. I think it's a win any time you mod the car in a way that you would have to explain to someone how it isn't stock.
Here's a tip: Pick up a can of Krylon Black Fusion for Plastic at Walmart, and spray that dipstick loop. Probably won't cost you more than $5. Ditto on the washer fluid cap. Then head over to eBay and pick up a couple of packs of black fender washers... JDM or VMW or whatever. Use them along the radiator cover. Probably won't cost you more than $10.

The fender washers are the ones they have the bolt sit flush I think?

20pcs Black Billet Aluminum Fender Bumper Washer Bolt Engine Bay Screw Kit JDM | eBay
I like these because they don't have any branding screen printed on them. Very clean.
$10 for 10 pairs at eBay. You'll spend more money than that on your next date with Mike.

Which ones are the three you used on the engine cover... the tall ones? I like that. If not, where are the tall collars being used?
Not digging the different colors... unless that's just me not interpreting a burnt-Ti look.

Hey Roch! (and rest of the fam) !
Any tips/advice/knowledge you can help shed for my exhaust situation on page 66.
ZahyMatar... I'm totally diggin that engine bay and how gorgeous that Cusco FTSB came out man! Real nice!
Fat Sacs... I've planned on also doing the entire engine bay with burnt bolts (or red bolts to match my current theme) to see see actual pictures of it is awesome!!! Please continue to post more during your progress! They must look beautiful in person! Pictures definitely won't do them any justice but they look killer!

I wanna bolt kit now too! Looking great D-Fat! Tnx for the pix.
and good job on the throttle-bodies!
Anyone know if there is some kind of black nylon mesh to slide (or better yet velcro) over the split-tubing on the wire harnesses?

I think you know the solution here. Drop the exhaust, hack off those massive burnt-Ti tips, and weld on a set of tips that fit, both under the diffuser, and at proper length. Those tips (and inconsistent fitment issues) were reasons why I didn't pursue the ARK Grip exhaust last year. Otherwise, the sound of that exhaust just speaks to my soul, man. Love it.
Anyway... you're not happy, so the project continues.

Could he weld spacers to the rear pipes to extend the tips?
and happy or not, the project always continues!

Ark grip on my Bros ipl
@kenny
Quote "Now I'm curious if I got the ipl rear bumper if the tips would be effected the same way as they are now with the rear diffuser on my rear bumper due to the curves the ipl rear has neatr the tips. I searched online and couldn't find a single ipl with the Ark grip."

Now to get it plated like my R2C's would be something!
IIRC Rochester said such a thing would be prohibitively expensive.

...and then get creative customizing the hangers. I suppose so.
Where did your CO comment go? I wanted to ask you a question, and there's a 0% chance you know what that question is, LOL.
I looked into that 3 years ago with R2C. They were willing to accommodate, but for $200 plus shipping both ways.
