What did you do to your Sedan today?

V band - 2.25"
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...e?ie=UTF8&th=1
Exhaust reducer - 2.25" to 2"
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
These are the exact parts I used. The nismo/IPL midpipe is 60mm, or 2.3".
For some it may be a "frankenstein" type of exhaust setup but I really love the Tanabe mufflers and I wanted to try something different/re-use OEM+ parts.

Warning. NSFW. Found a set of these on eBay for $250, rears only so I am working on the front. Chrome is excellent quality and the assembled weight is just 25lbs, which is the same as the stock duck feet. L.A. Tire and wheel may be an option for the front as they have blanks in stock and can chrome for $280 each. I think I want to keep my existing wheels together as set since they are still in great shape and someone on Reddit will buy. Question: has anymore seen this center cap? I need two more and can’t seem to find them anywhere, but I am also considering as I like the contrast.

Chrome duckfeet... nice. I've only seen that once here on the forum.

And you always promise to dig up a link :-)
I have been unable to find it. Thought it would be in the 18" wheel pic thread, but not there. I vaguely recall it, but can't recall where. Maybe it was a red sedan?
Prior to COVID, a set of these wheels hung on the wall at my local dealership where they stash all the accessories. I asked about them once, and it took 3 people to research and tell me that they sell for $3200 a set. I was like, no thanks. Then these two appeared on Ebay. I think the center caps are custom as that PN takes me to a bunch of blank chrome center caps. Looks like an Infiniti symbol was glued on then the inside painted silver to create a little contrast?
I think the factory center caps would look fine, but I'm wondering if a little more contrast would look more OEM, less custom.
If I chase the PN on the backside, it takes me to these, which are 60mm/2 1/8":
@Krzysztof47 I know you recently put some time into researching center caps. Any thoughts?

It was a VR Sedan. The chromed duckfeet looked awesome on it. I tried again to find it for you, and failed. Sorry.

Side note, I found a shop here in San Diego that will powder coat any color you want for 125-150 per wheel. That seems like a steal. Chrome is not environmentally safe, so it's tough to find a shop that is certified and can chrome for reasonable prices. L.A. Wheel and Tire is my goto: https://www.lawheel.com/wheels-and-t...anufacturer=33

Thanks! I secretly wish the car was Red.
The garage has come a long way over the last 5 years. The Swisstrax tiles really help the garage stay clean. If we ever decide to move I can always take them with me.
Black, or "flat black" in this case was not my first choice but I found these slightly used for a great deal. They are very aggressive looking and are decently concave but all of that is lost in pictures since they are black. I think they look great from a distance but again lighting is key.
The more I look at the picture the more I realize I need to blackout the window trim to complete the look.

Not sure if I should keep my current OEM set or sell as they are in excellent shape. If I can only get $400 or so, the wheels are worth more than that to me. Just not sure where I can stash them in the garage as I need to sell some stuff like my factory Axleback OEM exhaust with 20K miles on it, or the OEM Sport springs that still look new. I need to separate from the nostalgia and sell this stuff.
Also, thought I would post something that I did NOT do to my sedan today. i.e.....spend $119 on an oil change! Someone needs to inform them that the car takes 5.2 quarts of oil.

Put up a FS thread, or eBay, and see what kind of response you get. If they're truly like-new, then $800 +shipping, IMO.
So you're doing it? Getting chromed duckfeet on your car? That's pretty cool.
$120 for an oil change? You can get 5 quarts of quality synthetic oil for $25 (give or take) at Walmart, And a good quality filter can be had on Amazon for another $10. Then you DIY the oil change and save yourself $85. Granted, you have to climb under the car, and you have to properly recycle the old oil, but it's worth it. Plus there's the peace of mind of a job done right.
