So, not today, but... showed the car Saturday (no awards LOL, but it at least has a full interior again) and tuned with Z1 on the dyno Monday. Pretty happy with the results; will get to putting more detailed info on my build thread when I get a breather.

Also - Z Nationals was pretty cool. Cars from a Cup car with VK engine making 900+ HP to some restored 240s to a Lister kit car. Some crazy newer stuff too LOL. I'll put pics etc in the event thread (again when my round tuits get here from Amazon).

^^^
I had one of those in my G for years. Not NISMO branded... "blox", if I recall correctly. When changing oil, there was always a little bit of goop on the magnet. Hardly anything really.

Tried changing out a drivers door hinge, but I only bought one from Nissan ($150) and they gave me the top instead of the bottom, so I had the door off for nothing, lol. Went back and bought the other one so I’ll do both sometime this week.

Went to go change out the coupler for a metal one, broke it trying to take it apart, was very brittle.

This happened last week. I posted the car for part out but decided to keep it and rebuild it.
Merging driver trying to make his exit. Hit me, car took off and left me. Car ate the headlight wiring and wouldnt move.

With that being said, looking for front end pieces. Thanks everyone!

Damn, bull, that sucks.

I've got a hood that's 90% if you're interested. I'll keep an eye out for used front end parts.

@BULL Feel your pain. Do you have a dash cam? Catch anything worthwhile?

Had a close call few weeks ago with some dipsh!t getting off the highway, right into my lane instead of staying in the merge lane until it's safe to merge over. Lesson learned. I either accelerate now or brake, but never side by side.

It's no wonder all these new cars come with active blindspot collision avoidance systems. Good luck with your repairs.
