My 'ebay' midnight black grille has held up great over the past year not to mention the fitment was spot on. I love the OE+ look & the fact I didn't need to pay a premium for an OEM grille.

Folks, quick sanity verification: an exhaust hiss on decel is normal with HFCs and CB, no? I had originally thought this was just for new cat burn-in, but the car still does it and with the windows down its really noticeable. Like somewhere between OEM turbo bypass valve and aftermarket blowoff valve. No leaks, no codes, everything 5x5 otherwise.

No big deal at all. You'll get used to it, and then you'll just stop hearing it.

That makes sense. I thought I had read somewhere that it was extra fuel burning off in the cats after quick throttle let-off, that you only really heard with high-flows. But I can't find that link/reference now so . It's probably some artifact of the electronic valve wizardry.

Put on the throttle body spacers. Just got them in yesterday. Surprisingly wasn't all that bad getting them in with the CAI already. Feel like i should have waited and bought the upper intake from motordyne or z1 and did it all at once, but for now im happy. Step by step.

There's a lot to like in those shots. The blue filter element peeking through the grille, matching your intake midpipes, the two tone roof, the overall cleanliness here... impressive. More than the details, the photography is very good. While no fan of pinstripes, the perfect line of that stripe with the line of the building behind you, that's pretty cool.

Vossens and summer tires are back on the car. Hello, 2021! ![Dance](https://www.myg37.com/forums/images/smilies/dance.gif)
Took it for a shake down (and to clear the TPMS light I've lived with all winter.) Every Spring I'm pleasantly surprised with the driving difference between snow vs. these wide summer tires. So-o-o-o much better. So much fun.
