The intake tubes aren't balanced to one another, which you can see pretty easily. It really stands out because of the mesh.
What if the grille were gloss black, and there were a black charcoal filter pad on the backside of that mesh?
I like the Fuji, more so in chrome than red, but either way better with than without, IMO. But you know, I'm really not digging the black hood, and I doubt you'll be painting that.
Lathes are VERY fun tools, indeed. I've got to get my little HF/Grizzly running again.
I grew up having access to a CNC, big ol' vertical mill and industrial lathe. Learned to weld when I was 12. Don't have access to any of that now and it Suuuucks! It's a small $500 lathe for now, good enough for what I'm working on.
Just bought a lathe.... Going to be making custom volume *****, and a shift **** sleeve styled after Tommy Kira shift ***** to go over the b2autodesigns shifter. I have so many ideas!
That's a good idea... I got a little hobby lathe last year and I didn't do much with it yet. I did use it to cut a layer off a shift **** and polish it out which turned out pretty cool.

I have lots of ideas, but that tommy kaira **** is number 1. Perhaps Ill invest in some B2 ***** and make my own versions to sell lol. Improved of course. This is just a small tabletop one, max diameter is 50mm and max length 150mm. Perfect for pretty much just shift ***** lol.
Sounds like its a little smaller than mine, I got a emco unimat 3 which we found at a swapmeet thing a while back. I have a hard time getting the curves right when I was doing the shift ****, since you have to adjust it by continuously turning the ***** at the same time. I probably just have no idea what i'm doing lol.
well that’s convenient. Tint is going to be one of my next mods and I’m thinking I want to do 35% so it’s considerably darker but I can still see at night.
I specialize in flat glass (not auto) - so I'm not a super expert on this, but know more than the average person.
I'm a HUGE fan of my 3M Crystalline film, I think it's the best in the market, couldn't recommend it more. However, I'm pretty sure it's basically the most expensive too (I got everything free). If I were paying myself, I'd look into Llumar Formula One, in flat glass Llumar generally has the best bang for your buck quality and value.

I appreciate the info, although I plan to just go to a tint shop that offers a lifetime warranty on their work. So even if it costs a little more, to me it's worth it in the long run.
Threw the Stillen Trunk Spoiler on.
Plasti Dipped for now, until I'm ready to move on with proper painting projects.
I especially like the way it looks in profile
Did you use the adhesion promoter? I installed the same unit and after three weeks it started lifting in the center of the spoiler. Had to return it to stillen for refund. Such a bummer as i was super stoked to install and know the quality of stillen products. Looks great!
I did.
I was not entirely confident that it's only held on with the tape, so I was very thorough in following their instructions.
Washed with soap & water, dried, scuffed with very fine sandpaper, cleaned with no residue cleaner, applied adhesion promoter, then stuck the wing on.
Pressed & peeled as I went.
Feels solid, but I will keep an eye on it.
There's rain in the forecast tomorrow so hopefully it's cured(?) by then
