Not sure how I feel about this
So I guess I'll be doing THAT to my G soon

The last few times we did this were less than good. She wants to get in and drive like someone who has 20+ years experience.
Talk about being setup to fail

Funny you say that.
Few months back, I hurt my back badly at the gym, bad enough to go to the ER. Luckily I was with my GF, but we took my car there and she can't drive it. So had to Uber then get a buddy to come out and drive my car home for me (I couldn't drive for weeks).
So now I've got to teach her how to drive stick, makes sense in case of emergencies. Guess the burnt clutch mod is coming up for me...

That's rough! Sorry for your loss
Will you be staying with the Infiniti brand or will this be an opportunity to try something new/different?

Sell it as a soon to be salvaged, buy another one perhaps a manual, for 10k and get yourself some coolers for the transmission. I am sure you won't ignore those lights again.

Nice. Its a black car, so you have about 30 seconds to take a photo after you wash it before it gets dirty again, so no worries. hahaha.

Had a trans cooler installed, replaced the center panel so A/C works again, and bumped the dampers full stiff for tomorrow's track day.

Look forward to your track recap (if that's something you do)

I usually throw a few words into the track forum. Here's hoping the supplementary exchanger makes a difference. It's in series with the existing exchanger in the radiator.

Today, I tried to drive the snot out of my car. The transmission said no. So, no more track events for the G.

Was it not cooperating, or did it go out?
