Ive given up on cleaning my inner barrel. They don't have a step lip, so the amount of dirt that gets on there is insane. I have really open wheels, so its not hard to clean it, just a pain in the *** to upkeep.

Having your wheels ceramic coated with definitely help not only keep them cleaner but make them easier to clean. My shop applies Modesta coatings and BC-06 is an amazing product that really works how it claims.

They're also using Merlin's Blood to clean those wheels @Flannigan Or something similar.
That purple colour is the reaction of the active components in the wheel soap with iron particles on the wheels.

That's true, but I suspect there's more Marketing than Science going on here.

Universal Lip

I attached a universal lip today to my front bumper. $25 from Amazon, but there are other cheaper vendors. The finished product is excellent, but I botched the install a bit. I was afraid I wasn't gluing close enough to the edge of the bumper and ended up applying it too far out. As a result, there's a slight gap between the edge of the lip and bumper when you look really close. Also the very front of the lip is not uniformly straight.

I think I will end up removing and reapplying it with new 3M adhesive. It bugs me every time I think about the fitment.

Around 25 pounds for the 20x9, I think. I’ll weigh them when I get them.

Installed the eBay strut tower brace. Getting the brackets around the wires near the battery was a pain. I'll take a pic tomorow, it was dark by the time i finished.

Finished the installation of the Whiteline differential bushings on my 2012 G37x. I'm super sore now.

Backed into while parked.

Repaired!

The unexpected bonus of having to deal with the repair is that now I have a brand new bumper cover with no stone chips nor holes drilled for license plate mount!

Seems like a missed opportunity to swap in a sport package front bumper.

This. That is exactly how I ended up with the sport bumper on my car.

Megan racing bar installed. Looks better than it did in the eBay photos. Still might do blewnet's idea and flip it over and do a 4DSC sticker.

Didn't even drive it yet, I guess i'll find out tomorrow if it makes a difference.
