Yeah, after I thought about it I'm sure that's it. But why not put it on the inside?

Anyway. Pressure washer cleans it real good.

In a sound proofed room, do you put the sound proofing inside or outside? The material has to be on the side where the noise originates for it to to be as effective as possible.

Well, I installed a crap load of dynamat in my day and it did a great job of quieting down road noise.

And I never put it on the outside.

Switched back to summer wheels and did an oil change. Now spring ready. It'll probably snow once or twice still but the temperatures look like they'll be staying warm enough to justify the switch.

Gloss black grille, installed!

Chrome emblem? Or matching gloss black emblem?

Wifey thinks gloss back, and get the rear emblems done in gloss black as well.

I think the chrome breaks things up.

Thoughts?

Sorry, the pictures aren't the best, it's really sunny outside....

Chrome. That way it still looks like it could be OEM.

Otherwise it will look like some kid who mods his car's appearance by painting everything black.

Chrome for sure. Keeps things classy and adds some contrast to it. And ditto to Rochester.

Yea chrome. Personally i hate the look of blacked out chrome and emblem. if you're doing that you might as well just get an emblemless grille. You need some contrast between the emblem/grille.
