The last thing I need is ANOTHER neighborhood to hate me I already serve as the community alarm clock as it stands.VQCrew, if you want an idea of the sound in person I’d be happy to do some WOT pulls with you so you could get a feeling for how it sounds IRL. I made the mistake of watching every video on YouTube of the Motordyne without hearing it in person and it ended up being a situation where those videos really don’t do the exhaust justice. If you end up wanting to go with something louder or want to go single exit custom (cough Tomei cough), Google Thai-Titanium Performance here in Chicago. He’s a custom fabricator that fabbed up my MD and does full titanium custom exhausts for a ton of Z and G guys up here.

I'm located in the NW suburbs, I'd be down to meetup depending on where you're at. I currently have muffler delete and 12 inch vibrants, so its pretty much a straight pipe. If the invidia with tps sounds anything similar, I'll be happy, I wouldn't want to cut the mufflers off, but if its going to be too quiet, that is what I will do. A custom stainless steel exhaust I've been quoted by multiple shops at over 1k. I have spoken to En, the owner of Thai performance, but he works out of his garage and requires all the materials and he doesn't have a bender, etc so its a hassle.

VQ - Grab the ISR or Z1 Y-back single exit for the 370z. Pick up a TopSpeed/Megan Y pipe. Grab the Top-Speed g37 coupe extension, take that to a generic exhaust shop and get that extended by 4''. Boom, single exit for cheap that'll sound exotic.

I was going to can the motordyne for a Z1 Single Exit but I sold my car before I went through with it.

I don't like the way a single exhaust looks on a sedan, plus I have a diffuser made for dual exhaust, so it would look bad.

You could grab the resonator delete version of the Invidia which should make it louder, but could also introduce ras.

Random thought since Ive had my exhaust setup for about
2 months, I've noticed a few things about my MD compared to my ark .

(1) in parking garages, the MD will have a 80% chance of setting off a car alarm when my ark never did that .
(2) I prefer the ARK while driving in D mode and the MD while driving in DS/Manual mode .

Well that's about it lol . It's still loud tho for sure

Glad you like the ark @well, it def is still noticeable but a more refined calm tone. I kind of miss mine but then again, I don't

Lmao. Yep, kinda sorta sounds like a cross between an old boat and a tractor.
