Could the creaking noise I am hearing be related to a ball joint.
Mine caused very little change in handling if any, maybe because it was a progressive break down of the end link not a snapping. It made the same noise you described a creaky squeak (almost old mattress like lol) at low speeds especially in parking lots.

Almost mimicked the sound of a ball joint going bad. My shop that I used when I had them installed warned me that the oem links do not like to be removed and once they are taken apart and reinstalled they usually do not last and will go bad especially with the extra pressure due to the larger stiffer sway bars. He was right and a few thousand miles later they were toast. Threw a new set on and no morexception noise or problems since.

Moog makes good aftermarket links, not sure if the X sets are different though.

Would you say they are better than oem. I see that the moog end links are $55 each. I called Infiniti yesterday and they quoted me $72 each.
Should I go with oem for the extra money.

I'd go with moog. Many members on here including myself use and have used them. I ran them before I switched to whiteline and for the money I should have just stuck with the moogs.

I had my mechanic replace my endlinks with moog endlinks. Creaking noise is still there. Any idea what it can be.

Hey guys, I currently have the swift springs on my G37x Sedan.
I love the drop the swifts provide but I am not too happy with the struts and the bouncing on uneven roads.

I plan on purchasing coilovers but dont know which ones to go with.

I am debating between the Ksport, Stance, and the fortune auto with the swift springs upgrade.
What are the pros and cons on each one.

Car is used only as a daily driven car.

Thanks

Gabe

I'm on the same boat, Stance SS or Fortune Auto. Both with Swift springs.

Stance is a true-type coilovers, meaning it doesn't unutilize the rear spring bucket, and it can be replaced with a toe arm. I'm leaning more towards Stance because I occasionally hear about Fortune Auto coils making the clunking noise.

Have you seen an issues in performance with the R2C intake? I know a lot of people like to say SRI can decrease HP due to the high temperature air they pull in. I have just recently bought a 2013 G37xS and thought I would ask. Also might be leaning toward CAI depending on what I find through the threads.

Loving the exhaust. Not too loud. Will have a video in the next couple of days.
Can you get the wrap pre-cut for the G? or does it have to be done manually

The R2C intake is great. I wouldn't get it strictly for performance, although gains have been made with a tune. Fitment, looks and they sound amazing at WOT. Filtration media is also unmatched, so that's a plus. Kyle @ ImportPartsPro has the best price.

hey guys. so today i had my fortune auto coilovers installed. I decided to go a little lower than my previous setup swift springs w/ oem struts. with the new setup setup I have zero wheel gap but also have negative camber. my exhaust started to scrape as i was going thru speed bumps. In the next few days i plan on getting an alignment and adjust my camber. My question for you guys is will the car raise a little after the adjustment of the camber. Debating whether to adjust the height of the coilovers or wait till the alignment and adjustment of camber.

thank you
