Worst luck ever
I must have the worst luck ever, 2 accident in less than a month , First it was my rear bumper when I was stopped, now the headlight, front bumper took a hit when the car was parked. luckily the driver came and notify me of what happen.
The driver did mentioned that she will pay for all the repairs, brought it to the infiniti and they said the headlight might cost $1300 so far ( the parking light isn't working anymore). They need to see why it was shifted up a bit, basically whats broken under.

That is true, to bad it didn't happen after the Power ball
It doesn't look that bad but to the trained eyes you can see the gap and that everything was pushed/shift to the driver's side.
I wonder if they would change everything if I go through the insurance.

I got a call from the collision center and was told that my headlight ( picture above) were aftermarket and not OEM (pictures above), is that even possible?
My question is, the car was bought in december 2012 and I'm sure it was a lease from Toronto, why would it have aftermarket headlights if its an 09, the dealership told me that it was never involved in a car accident. Anyhow the tech told me it will cost over $5000 to fix everything new front bumper, repair the dent, paint all in white pearl, replace the headlights too.

I highly doubt your lights are aftermarket. They do look a bit hazy though, a sign aftermarket lights tend to show. Only way to tell is to look for Nissan markings on the insides.
Also, are you on steelies?
