2011 G37S Limited Edition is ALL mine
Once upon a time in the castle that I refer to as home, the queen surprised me with a request. She said, "Would you be okay with selling my carriage and getting a chariot for yourself and in turn I'll drive yours?" Doing the best I could to quell my mounting excitement , I replied, "If that's what you wish your highness, then it will be so."
Little did she know, I had been looking for a new car for months hoping that she would bring it up. We sold her 2008 Santa Fe, she started driving my 2011 FX35 and about a week later (December 23, 2015 to be exact), I purchased my 2011 G37S Limited Edition. It is completely stock with 49k miles.
I remember initially seeing it online and clicking through the pictures "nice, nice, nice, nice, WOAH my god the interior is red". It was a turn off in the beginning but after a daily visits to this forum and looking for other G37's online, I kept coming back to this one. The Monaco Red had grown on me and now I'm in love with it.
The other interesting thing about it is that it has gunmetal colored wheels. Well, unknown to my wife, I had driven a 2012 G37xS Limited Edition this past summer and it had the same color wheels so I figured that it was an available option. It wasn't until I actually washed it myself that I realized that they are plasti-dipped or something else with a rubber texture.
The front bumper and front spoiler have the expected light surface nicks that I'd like to fix at some point (wet sand maybe???). There looks to have been a dent in the right front quarter behind the driver wheel that has been popped back out and was only noticeable when I was waxing it and the metal gave some. Other than that though, any chips in the paint were filled by the dealer before they sold it to me and it's in great shape.
Now, onto what everyone is interested in...

Malbec Black with Monaco Red leather... it's an acquired taste, with very little middle ground. People either love it or hate it, but no matter how you look at it, the combo is unquestionably special.
Congrats, and welcome to the forum. Your G looks right at home in that neighborhood. Very nice.

Just wondering is it an auto or manual transmission?
I assume auto, since it has the limited package...
Just trying to understand all the different packages and what they are offered on.

Thanks Rennies5!
The ONLY official information I could find on the 2011 Limited Edition is in this picture. The car in the picture looks like the 2010 Anniversary Edition but the rest of the details seem correct. Maybe I should email Infiniti and see what they can give me!
SonicVQ, it is an Auto with the Sport Package (Magnesium Shifters). I think the only package it doesn't come with is the Tech Package that has the Adaptive Cruise Control but I can't be sure about that.

Welcome to the club with 350 members.
Limited Edition is basically the fully optioned S Package with Red Leather seats.
They only come in Malbec with the special wheels
