Everyone I have spoken to has told me to run 265’s.. just wanted to see more pics to see how my wheels would look since our wheel sizes are near identical.

wheel manufacturers differ and believe it or not it has an effect on stretch.. the exact tires you see on my car were also on a 19x10.5 ssr type f wheel and had alot less stretch for some reason..

Seems like 265 really is the sweet spot.. any wider and it wouldn't tuck as nice as it already does.. My problem is i'm AWD and my front tires are already 245/40/19 so I'd like to run atleast 275/35/19 so I don't need to change the front tires to stay under 1% diameter difference. I've accepted 285 will be way too wide. I don't know man.. Changing out all four tires would really suck lol

Work Meister S1 2P fitment.

Looking at a set of these for my sedan. The specs are 19x10 +17, 19x10 +37. Would i be able to run these on my RWD sedan? If so should i run the +17 or +37 on the front? if not what adjustments would i have to make? such as camber and tire size? Thanks.

17 offset not gonna fit out back.
those are really weird offsets tbh.
with 17 upfront your gonna need strwtchstretch and camber

Seems like everyone missed you so I'll give it a go.

I have 19x8.5 +43 with 15mm spacers (only since I went coils because camber tucks tires and looks funny) and 255/40/19, square setup. I bought these rims from a seller I knew and because they're light. With no drop/factory camber, on stock xS suspension, they looked just fine and were pretty flush but the car also looks like an SUV. Anything wider would have stuck out funny so if you're not planning on dropping, I wouldn't go wider than 9".

If I was starting over, post drop, I'd go for 18x9/9.5 +40ish with a 265/275 tire and then I wouldn't need spacers.

I will say in general that 19s, especially with coils, are too crashy on the rougher roads up here, even in the summer. That said, I also prefer a meatier tire look so its win/win for me. The weird thing is I had the same 19s on my STI 10 years ago and lower profile tires and I never found them crashy. It could be that 10 year older me is less cool with rough rides or it could be the G just rides different than the STI did.

Thanks Gord27. I have been looking at the 19x9 rims more closely. I did talk to a guy the other day that had 20x10 but he also didn't really seem to know what I was talking about. Probably just bought the moded car of someone else

I'm running 18x9.5 +28 with 255s, AWD, lowered, no spacers, flush fitment. I'm already close to touching my suspension up front, 40 with a slightly wider tires may cause issues.

Help: 2012 G37s Sedan RWD 6MT

Guys I am getting an awesome deal on some decent looking new TSWs. Not super light. But around 22lbs. Really enticing Price point.
Front: 19x8.5 +40
Rear 19x9.5 +40
planning on 245/40 -19 front
and 275/35 -19 rear
ideally I wanted the front offset to be between +30 to +35.
I don't want to run spacers...
Please help me decide, will the front look really bad (not adequately flush)..?
I was also thinking may be I go 255s in the front for a More flush look.
the car is not lowered yet but Swifts springs and spc rear camber kit is on cards depending on how it looks after I put the wheels on.

Just curious, but how are you planning to change the front offset from +40 to +30 without running spacers?

Honestly, I think the 8.5" wide front wheel with +40 offset probably isn't the best choice unless you want to run spacers. Not sure is that offset will provide enough clearance for your suspension and brakes, especially if you are running the Akebono Sport brakes. A 15 or 20 mm spacer would get you pretty close to where you want to be. For reference, I am running 19x9.5 +25mm up front with 265/35R20's and don't have any clearance issues.

For the rear, the 19 x 9.5 +40 should work well and provide close to flush fitment, but I wouldn't go any wider than 275 on a 9.5" wheel.

By buying a different set. I haven’t pulled the trigger on this particular set of wheels and was wondering if I should or not...

Thanks for sharing your setup. I think for 275s rear and 245s front, ideal setup for me will be +40ish and +30ish offsets respectively.

will try to find some not too heavy 19s, otherwise wheel of choice for me is 18inch Enkei RFP1s, 8.5” +30 front and 9.5” +38 rear

the 8.5” +30 will clear the front Akebono for sure.
the 9.5” +38 almost clears the front so I feel it should clear the rear calipers.
