Question Inside Mirror Transmitter Cannot Learn RF Codes

I live in an apartment building complex with an underground garage. The garage door opens with an electronic RF key. The previous system used transmitters which were transmitting as long as the button was pressed - the LED was on during pressing of the button. Using the handheld transmitter I was able to program the transmitter in the inside rear mirror of my G37S M6 and it was working flawlessly.

Recently, the building management changed the system with a new one. The problem with the new one is that I cannot program the mirror transmitter any longer to learn the RF codes. Firstly, the new transmitter is on only for a very small fraction of a second while the button is pressed (based on the LED flashing just briefly).

Secondly, based on the FCC ID, the new transmitter works on 433.92 MHz:

Any idea why the mirror transmitter cannot learn the codes from the new transmitter? Maybe it's not compatible with the 433.92 MHz frequency? Or, could it be perhaps because the transmitting sequence for the new transmitter is too short? As indicated in the G37 User Manual, I even tried pressing the transmitter button repeatedly and quickly but to no avail.

Any idea on how I could make the inside mirror transmitter learn the RF codes of the new transmitter?

Find the transmitter manufacturer and check the document in the link below if Homelink supports the manufacturer and the MHz rating.

Thanks. I'd have to ask the building superintendent about the manufacturer. He might not know, though, as the installation was done by a third-party contractor. The FCC label on my device got all washed out. I think it's a generic transmitter. When it was new and I could read the label, Googling it came up with nothing except I was able to find the FCC link that I posted for similar transmitters (based on the FCC ID).

The list you posted contains all HomeLink compatible devices. Is the G37 compatible with each and everyone of them?

I am attaching a picture of the transmitter. There is a logo on it. It also contains an internal FOB which can open the building's pedestrian access doors. It's a 200-apartment building.

Based on the logo, it seems the manufacturer is Farpointe Data, Inc.
